The 2016 Book Excellence Awards were announced, and three 23 House books took first place in their categories: The Sounding by Carrie Salo, Is the Coffee Fresh? by Marc Rensen, and The Midnight Saint by Mitchel Whitington. Congratulations all around!

The 2015 Illumination Book Awards have been announced, and author William Creed and 23 House won a bronze medal in the category of General Fiction for Comes the End! Congratulations to William and everyone at 23 House.

Another 2015 Illumination Book Award went to author Mitchel Whitington and 23 House - a bronze medal in the category of Christian Fiction for The Midnight Saint! Congratulations to Mitchel and everyone at 23 House.

The 2014 Stars and Flags awards have been announced, and author Bill Holden and 23 House won a silver medal in the category of Non-Fiction Biography for Give Me 10,000 Men - The Incredible True Story of Pvt. Alfred Petty at San Juan Hill! Congratulations to Bill and everyone at 23 House.

The Independent Publisher Awards for 2013 have been announced... author James Lacey and 23 House have won a bronze medal in the category of horror for Perseverance: A Zombie Tale! There were over 5,000 books in the IPPY competition from all over the U.S., seven Canadian Providences, and ten foreign countries. Congratulations to James and everyone at 23 House.

When the Independent Publisher Awards for 2011 were released, 23 House won a bronze medal in the category of horror for Dead Set: A Zombie Anthology! Congratulations to everyone at 23 House, all contributors to the book, and to editors Michelle McCrary and Joe McKinney.

Everyone at 23 House Publishing gives a congrats and a huge cheer to Nate Southard and his short story In the Middle of Poplar Street from the 23 House book Dead Set: A Zombie Anthology for its nomination for a 2010 Bram Stoker Award for Superior Achievement in Short Fiction by the Horror Writers Association. Way to go, Nate - what an honor!

Congratulations to Michelle McCrary and Joe McKinney, editors of Dead Set: A Zombie Anthology and to all the contributing authors for the recent nomination for the 2010 Black Quill Award from Dark Scribe Magazine!

...and for a 2011 Dead Letter Award Nomination for Dead Set: A Zombie Anthology as well! This book is certainly getting a lot of attention in the industry!
