First of all, Nights of Blood 2 is available on amazon.com, so if you want to sell the book from your website using Amazon you can join their affiliate program (www.amazon.com/associates), put a link to the book from your website using the Associate ID that they assign you, and Amazon handles the rest - you'll get a commission on books sold put into your bank account every month.
On the other hand, don't forget that you can purchase books at the author's discount (www.23house.com/blood2) and sell them in person at appearances, or direct from your website - a little more trouble since you have to ship the books yourself, but you'll make more per book (be sure to charge buyers for postage... Amazon certainly does).
