Acrobats, jugglers, clowns, entertainers, and animals of every shape and size - that's the Kelly Miller Circus. It's two hours of fun, thrills, and breath-taking antics that will rivet everyone to their seats. From the youngest child to the kid in all of us, this show is a must-see. |
| The Kelly Miller Circus is also a bi-annual fund raiser for the Jefferson Lions Club, allowing us to provide eye glasses for needy school children, send kids to youth camp, and award scholarships to Jefferson High School Seniors. The circus is coming again in 2007, but for now, enjoy these photos from the 2004 show. They start out in the early morning hours, just as the tents are being raised, and end when the crowd is filing out of the big top after the last show. The Jefferson Lions Club wishes to thank the good folks at Kelly Miller, the sponsors listed at the bottom of this page, and most of all, the people who turned out for a wonderful time at the circus! |

As you enjoy the animals, note that Kelly Miller Circus believes strongly in the ethical and humane treatment of all animals - especially those that are a part of their circus family. There are eight loving people whose job is the care, comfort, and pampering of the animals. The circus is also a member of the Endangered Ark Foundation, which is a research organization for exotic animals, along with the Elephant Management Association and the USDA Exhibitors Program. The home-base for the elephants is a 200 acre facility in Oklahoma, where they are attended by vet specializing in large animals, Dr. Ted Eudy.
